想請英文厲害的朋友幫忙一下，有2個句字都查不到意解釋耶

1)that's no way for someone to act 或是 there's no way for someone to act

2)of all places

其中(2)有特別的意思嗎？以下是全文：

We were supposed to go to Planet_A, but just our luck, we've crash-landed on Planet_C, of all places. Whoop-de-do!

通常用在斥責一個人時

我們原本應該去A行星，但我們衰，我們緊急降落在C行星，of all places。

其實這句整個都很諷刺。

Just our luck = 諷刺話... 好像是說自己幸運，但其實是說自己衰

哪裡不墜落，居然墜在C行星。

Whoop-de-doo! 很諷刺的歡呼聲。

crash-landed 說降落時有撞到，應該不是墜落，但其實那不是重點，我用墜落只是方便你看懂of all places的意思。
