What's easier photo reading or speed reading?

normal reading just read at your own pace and each time try to comprehend and read faster each time you read but im not sure what photo reading is!

I am still learning to speed read. It's amazing to challenge your self to get out of your comfort zone.

I do not know about the photo reading. I think fast reading is sufficient for us.
