You can save them in the browser in the bookmarks menu. To save them in the computer there may be a right click menu allowing you to create a shortcut. This depends on the browser. One way that always works to to make the window smaller so you can see the desktop. Now drag the icon to the left of the URL to the desktop and you have a shortcut.

Yeh definitely, if you are using Microsoft then when a page opens press Ctrl+D or select Favorites then Add to favorites... to save website address into your favorites lists. So you can use them later.

If you are using Mozilla Firefox, do the same procedure, but there favorites are known as Bookmarks, but works on the similar fashion.

So now you can save website addressess on your computer. Even you can import and export the list favorites for later use probably widely used after fresh installation of OS.
