    you should tel me more..

lets say that you cant install teh file by your self.

did you tried restoring you sistem on an earlier point?

    by default: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Accessories\System Tools\System Restore

choose "restore my pc 2 an earlier point" select a date on the calendar when your pc works and if it will help its ok^^

or you cant reinstal XP.not a fresh copy you have to repas the installation and you will fix the problem and you will not loose your work..your saved files. maybee some driver or some installed program but not files.this should work and its simple to do. yust remember when booting from cd..dont instal a fresh copy of xp!repair your old XP instalation.

is it a windows/system32/dll or lsas, you need to be more specific, anyways most windows files are available at microsoft download, click drivers, if not available post new message with complete error log...........
