What is "EFT" therapy? Anyone have any experience or response to this?

i did not experience it before. but i have got the info for you. here you are. EFT, Emotional Freedom Technique, is fast gaining popularity, and for good reason.
Perhaps the most obvious, and common, use of EFT is to treat emotional issues. This can include anything from anger and stress to the grief of losing a loved one or the PSTD symptoms of rape or war trauma. Time seams to be of little consequence to the effectiveness of the treatment. For some their pain may be 20-40 years or more old, yet still if they focus on the event the emotions are as strong as the day the trauma occurred. For others the feelings may be much less however the subconscious mind now plays out certain limiting patterns to avoid becoming hurt again. Whatever the reason EFT will usually help.Source(s): http://184.108.40.206/search?q=cache:lUxvzXivQ9gJ:w... AND http://220.127.116.11/search?q=cache:ayQbDtfVO6EJ:w...

Are you sure you don't mean ECT therapy? That is electroconvulsive therapy ("shock treatments" for depression).
