If you mean how much of the market is taken by instituational investors as opposed to individuals. Institutional is very large, individuals are a small part.

Institutional, are, Pensions funds, Hedge Funds, Mutual Funds, and most individuals are not in stocks, they are in the above funds.

The stock markets are managed by the board of directors of each exchange. The American Stock Exchange is owned by NASDAQ, so I don't know which board manages it. I have a feeling you meant to ask something else like:

Do you mean to say "Of all the money invested in the stock markets, what percent is invested by institutional investors and what percent by individual investors?"

(in which case "I don't know......")
