    「蒸」是一種使用蒸氣烹調的方法。

    在意健康的人喜歡用「蒸」的方式烹調食物,因為不需要使用油,因此脂肪含量低。和「煮」的方式比較起來,「蒸」的方式也會使食物更有營養,因為過程中營養素幾乎不會被破壞或是溶入水中。同時「蒸」的時候也比較容易避免把食物燒焦。
