現在edison來為我們示範烘蛋的做法,首先把鍋子熱一下,在來加入一些油熱一下,接下來打兩顆蛋,注意控制火的大小,接著等了差不多的時候就可以翻面了,翻面之後再等三分鐘,等到表面呈現金黃色,就算完成了.特別要提醒的就是如果稍為有一點,烤焦的樣子就算是失敗了..

接下來介紹第二道菜,清蒸雪魚,先倒一點油在鍋子上熱一下.再把魚蒸熟,由於怕時間來不及的關係,所以我們事先已經先把魚蒸熟了,只是在加熱一下.接下來再把準備好的辣椒和蔥切成絲狀整齊的鋪在魚上面.接著再把這的差不多的油淋在魚的上面.這樣一道好吃的清蒸雪魚就完成了.

    Now Edison will show us how to make a Chinese Omelette. First, heat the pan and add some oil, then beat two eggs and put into the pan. Be attentive to the heat, when one side is amost done then flip it over, about three minutes the eggs should be golden brown then it's done. Watch out if it's a little burnt then it's considered a flop.

    Next up is the Steamed Cod, first we put some oil in the pan and steam the fish. Because of time constraint, we've steamed the fish beforehand which we will warm up later. Then we garnish the cod by putting some shredded chilis and spring onion and pour the heated oil on top. There we have a delicious Steamed Cod~
