To stay healthy, you need to make sure you exercise regularly to boost your metabolism. You also need to drink plenty of water to keep your body hydrate and to flush the toxins out. Make sure you also eat 5 portions of fruit and vegetable as it helps boosting your immune system. Cut down on processed food as they contain too much saturated fat and sugar.
