will a 350 chevy engine fit in a 1983 buick lesabre station wagon with a 307 olds engine?

installing a create engine 350 hp, want to use headers, need engine mount ideas, also replacing the trans with turbo 400.

    As far as space yes it will fit. You did mention the motor mounts. There shouldn't be much of a difference in the mounting of the 350 with what you have in there now. GM is pretty good at keeping their mounting points in the same place rather it is a buick, Olds, Pontiac, or Chevy. I would however not go with the headers. You may find it a bit too restrictive. (When working on the engine) you may also need to add and overload spring or get some spings from a car that already carry a 350. There is about a 150 to 300 LB difference in the two motors. But it can be done.

    yes,their the exact same engine the only difference is that the 350 has had its cylinders bored out larger

    yes and i would go with headers the engine will breathe better,and it will make more hp than exhaust manifolds
