    Angel's Delight:

    INGREDIENTS:1 1/4 oz cream, 3/4 oz triple sec, 3/4 oz gin, 2-3 dashes grenadine


    Pour the ingredients into a shaker with ice cubes.

    Shake well.

    Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

    Apple Margarita (frozen)

    INGREDIENTS:1 cup of ice, 1 oz tequila, 1 oz apple brandy,2 tbsp applesauce, 1 oz sour mix, cinnamon and sugar for glass rimming, apple wedge for garnish


    Pour the ingredients into a blender.

    Blend until smooth.

    If desired, wet the rim of a chilled margarita glass with apple brandy and rim the glass with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.

    Pour contents into the glass.

    Garnish with the green apple wedge.

    Black Russian

    INGREDIENTS:1 3/4 oz vodka, 3/4 oz Kahlua


    Build the ingredients in an old-fashioned glass with ice cubes.

    Stir well.

    Long Island Iced Tea

    INGREDIENTS:1/2 oz triple sec, 1/2 oz light rum, 1/2 oz gin,1/2 oz vodka,1/2 oz tequila, 1 oz sour mix,cola, lemon wedge for garnish


    Pour the spirits and sour mix into a collins glass with ice.

    Stir well or shake with tin over top of the glass.

    Top the glass off with cola.

    Garnish with the lemon wedge.

    Blushing Lady


    1 oz PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur, 2 oz vodka,1 oz pink grapefruit juice,lemon wedge, coarse sugar for rimming


    Rub a wedge of lemon around the rim of a martini glass and dip the glass into a plate of coarse sugar.


    INGREDIENTS:2 pieces fresh pineapple, 1/2 oz Cointreau,1/2 oz vodka,1 oz pineapple juice,3 oz Champagne,maraschino cherry for garnish


    Muddle the pineapple pieces and Cointreau in the bottom of a mixing glass.

    Add the vodka and pineapple juice.

    Stir well.

    Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

    Top with Champagne.

    Garnish with the maraschino cherry.

    French 75

    INGREDIENTS:1/4 oz lemon juice or sour mix, 1/4 oz gin,1/4 oz Cointreau,5 oz Champagne


    Pour the lemon juice or sour mix, gin and Cointreau into a shaker with ice cubes.

    Shake well.

    Strain into a chilled Champagne flute.

    Carefully add the Champagne.

    I try all of them before n taste are really good ^^. You can try snowball (coconut cream, but i dont' have the recipe, normally i drink in HK pub) and you can try PAMA with soda, lemonade, n ice (about 1:2:1) amount, stir well. last time me n my bf finish pama (750 ml) in 1 afternoon with that recipe.
