Disagree because Cops only pull over people when they break the law, etc, and all that civillians can do is follow those laws the utmost best that we can. Sometimes people really deserve tickets. People should not have to be afraid or paranoid to drive out of their house in fear of the Cops because the Cops are here to protect us, not stalk us.

No matter what, Cops following or watching you or not, people should always follow the law the best that they can.

Accidents happen, speeding happens; sometimes even following the law won't stop the actions of another driver or citizen. Just know that many stores and highways have traffic cams that watch us anyways 24/7, so people are almost always being monitored regardless.
