Allegra is a Category C medication, which means to take it only if benefits outweigh the risks to the fetus. There is evidence that it may cause problems in pregnancy.

Ask your doctor if you can switch to something else during your pregnancy. There are a million non-drowsy antihistamines out there that are safer. Good luck.

My doctor said to take NOTHING for allergies. I did research online and took this equate walmart brand. It was a catagory B drug.... so if you NEED to take something because you have bad allergies(Mine were insane! And driving me nuts!) take something that's safer then Allegra.
