Without going to the courts,is there a way to find out who is in court each day?

Many courts now put their dockets online. If your county does, then you could see the docket and the names would be on there. Try doing a search for your local county court and then see what they have online. For federal cases, you can go to pacer.psc.uscourts.gov You will have to register and pay a nominal fee to view documents.

Some courts have a web site to check the status of trials..call to find out if yours does.

Most Court Clerks post a list daily of Hearings, Trials, etc. on a Bulletin Board so they won't get annoyed with a lot of dumb questions. Good Luck.....

Call the courthouse or check online, if they have an online docket.
