Anyhthing I can drink, or take to reduce the swelling in my face, and get rid of double chin?
I am a guy. I used to be pretty heavy. Now I work out 6-7 days a week. I am 5'8 and weigh 170lbs aprox. But my face has always kind of looked like it is swollen a bit. I have a round face, and a bit of double chin left from when I was 230lbs.

positioned a 2 litre water bottle to boot as a tumbler on your table each morning. Get by it by lunch, and do the same from the afternoon. You’ll workout extra efficient and also get well quicker in case you’re hydrated. I drink some water every time someone asks me a ludicrous question or sends a stupid e mail... discover something that works available for you!
