That sounds like a problem that is coming from the computer, not the keyboard itself.
First make sure you didn't activate "sticky keys" by pressing the shift key 5 times in a row.
If that doesn't work, reboot the computer (if you haven't already)
If rebooting doesn't work, go into your BIOS settins and make sure your keyboard is configured properly.
If that doesn't work, then I'm stumped.

Reboot your computer. Original keyboard function/settings should comeback.
Otherwise you may have some debris lodged underneath the key.
Disconnect keyboard and flip upside down on a towel.
Gently tap keyboard on the towel.
Flip over. Blow air underneath the key, You can blow or get a can of compressed air.
If key doesn't work still, you may have to replace it.

Scroll Lock because that's just about ineffective. under no circumstances seen a software that makes use of it. sturdy key for urgent and it presses back and lights fixtures an LED in simple terms to make you experience needed.
