all types of places let you set up portfolio and email you daily changes in your stock(s). go to yahoo finance to find that feature, or just type in your stock symbol. can also just look in the daily newspaper

The smartest and most efficient way to monitor your investments, assuming that you have multiple positions in stock, is to utilize a trading platform ... there are many, but this platform is excellent and free. If you wish to utilize all of its features pay $60.00 for the year

Go to a portfolio tracking site (Yahoo Finance, CNN Money, or Morningstar). Enter in the stock symbol that you want to track as well as the number of shares for each stock.
The value of each holding will automatically update for you.

I don't think they have that information anywhere except about a million places on the internet, a couple of TV channels, most daily newspapers, and a few weekly publicaitons. Sorry, but are you really that clueless?
