    Yes, the right of the Celtic nation/s to independence should be theirs.Originally one nation, but now grown larger, the Welsh, Irish and Scots, should unite, as also the Bretons, a new future in Europe. A central university is a must, the renewal of the language [non imperialist at base] as a means to reunite, The main point is shall it be a vote in Scotland only, which means many non Scots will vote, or a vote throughout the British isles by any/all of Scottish descent only.

    What I think doesn't really matter does it? A vote should take place. Independence is something that the citizens of the nation should decide. Take Bermuda for example, they have voted not to go independent. Porto Rico on the other hand, seems to prefer their independence to statehood. This is indeed a thorny question, mes ami. So think seriously on it, put it up for a referendum. Let the will of the majority decide!
