Try using webmessenger.msn.com - there is no installation needed and is the same program you would get with the downloaded version! If you are not the administrator on your computer though, the site could be blocked. So try using an anonymous proxy server (eg www.hidemyass.com, www.squid-cache.org) but make sure you check out any proxy servers before using them to make sure that they are safe by using a site like www.proxyblind.org. You can use webmessenger by going to webmessenger.msn.com. however sometimes Network Administrators also blocks this site, so you will have to reach it through a public proxy site such as www.hidemyass.com
