Will installing exhaust headers and/or a CAI be worth it in an RX8?

I hear mixed reviews, I've read that they can produce an extra 10-20 hp, which is worth the money to me, but I've also heard they aren't worth it and hydrolock is a danger with a CAI. Any help would be appreciated!

Not sure how you would get a HydroLock by changing the exhaust system. This process is done all the time and is safe 99% of the time. Unless you have hard evidence that it will lock the motor there is no reason why you shouldn't do it if you really want the extra power.
