why the USA attached Iraq?

    Because, the intelligence given to our President was enough to make him and the rest of our Government believe that Iraq had WMD's and was a eminent threat to our Country

    USA did NOT attack Iraq...we're helping Iraq to defend themselves and the rest of the Middle Easr against terrorists insurgents

    Two reasons: The US initially attacKed Iraq, because it was a rogue nation threatening our way of life. (Ironically because of that, other rogue nations like North Korea and Iran openly admitted to furthering their nuclear capabilities and were closer than we thought to having a nuclear weapons).

    And our pre-emptive strategy because of 9/11 pointed us in that direction.

    Because of strategic interest. Russia is friends with Iran. It`s not the cold war anymore it`s the warm war.
