They have a ticket or order to go by, but they are awesome!

The waitresses use short hand that only they understand.

watch any cook at work. even the mothers/ wives. or whoever may be doing the cooking, trying to remember all the ingredients, textures. cooking is an art

They are amazing! I think I would last about 42 seconds there before being escorted from the kitchen, having caused chaos in their obviously amazing system.

Kind of entertaining when you're waiting for your gourmet food to be cooked..

LOL well i dunno about a particular waffle house but i totally agree when it comes about other restaurants and like waiters who don't write orders don't and get them right and ur right the cooks..it's pretty cool :D

yeah... I make sure I scream mine extra loud
