Heemm..i'm so sorry i dont know what is the best agency for u...and i dont live in korea too i just like that country very much and wishing that someday i'll be able to move to there...

Heemmm..first i think u should to know are korean people discriminating or not?? if yes they are, i think it will be hard for u to start ur career at that country
