You have a browser hijacker

download the updates for your spyware program.

then boot into safe mode and run it. then while you are there set your home page to yahoo.

after removing the spyware, restart in normal mode. and open your browser. it should go to yahoo for the home page

most probably is a spy ware virus... U could try to download spyware removal software at download.com and run a scan to remove the virus.
