I am gutted this morning. My beloved Southend got relegated on Saturday and I am royally p!ssed off. I need cheering up, any ideas?

Console yourself with the thought that in your relegation season you still managed to beat the Premiership champions-elect, FA Cup finalists and Champions' League semi-finalists, and potential finalists.

go & drink lots of beer you might be back up next few season & it will show yr players how good the prem is when there bonus ect comes in now
