If I list the qualities of an ideal man, my list would look more like this:

tenderhearted

gentle

committed

faithful

protective (of me)

proud (of me and my achievements)

kind

hardworking

intelligent

affectionate

fun to be with

dependable

someone I can trust/talk to

handsome (at least, in my eyes)

...and this isn't in any particular order because the ideal man would be all of the above.
