why is there no popup blocker on my toolbar?

Use the add/edit tab to put it on there. In the green button on mine.

Click the down arrow on toolbar settings (avatar). Then select add/edit buttons. This takes you to the button gallery, look around in there for the button, when you see it, click add, and when you are finished, click "save changes"..Good Luck..
