Has anybody tryed p90x?
I was just wondering if anybody has tried and if so what were your results. And if u have to follow the diet guide to see any changes?

My husband and I are currently in week 3 of the program. And yes, you need to follow the nutrition guide. It's really good and if you can't cook, follow the portion plan. It's important to follow it because it's designed to provide you the nutrients you need in order to complete the workouts. So far I can already tell I've gained muscle and tone, I've also lost 1% body fat in only two weeks. My husband and I might be more particular to follow the plan exactly as it's laid out, but I'm sure if you go by their portions, you'll do fine.Source(s): BRING IT!
