How do I get yahoo toolbar and menubar on my browser window? I can only see the browser address window.?

I can not get to the view button so that I see the toolbar.

I don't know which browser or version you're using, but if you're using Internet Explorer 7, right click on a gray blank space on the toolbar and on the popup menu check Menu Bar and Yahoo! Toolbar.

You should use the ie icon on the desktop to start a new frame. You can then click view and click the top three items one at a time. Then click status bar.
