why doesnt anyone offer jaw implants?

I dont mean dental implants but actual implants placed on the outside of the jaw to give the brad pitt/ johnny depp look

No, you can get those, you just have to go to a plastic surgeon.

several plastic surgeons do this. It is a tricky area surgically: parotid gland, masseter muscle, facial nerve: tiger country my friend. Why dont you just chew gum?

Well yea of course you could get that...... for a ton of money. But even then you would not have what women really look for.... intelligence and a sense of humor.
