This sounds like a Chinese dialect but not Mandarin so I found the nearest Mandarin equivalent

oulan xai jama -> should be [you ren zai jia ma] = Anyone home? (Mandarain Chinese)

wojaida -> should be [wo zai da] = I will call again (Mandarin Chinese)

yi hai wan de xiao -> not clear, best guess [ni hui wang le jiao] = you will forget to pay (Mandarin Chinese) confidence level about 50% for this.

If you give me more context, I could improve the translation.

Source(s): My first language is Chinese.
