Meal ideas, please.....?

Do you ever get bored with the same ol' recipes...I don't know what to cook tonight and I would like some simple easy meal ideas that are good please....the more the merrier....thank you so much in advance.....

    i get stumped too & don't know what to cook sometimes so i have just started a list of all the things we like to eat ...(still in progress too) & anytime i think of something i write down. then when i am at a loss i look at my list & it inspires me, or reminds me of something we haven't had in awhile...heres what i have so far;

    meatloaf

    lasagna & or in the crockpot

    spaghetti

    chicken nuggets/chicken burgers/chicken strips

    chicken strips in a wrap

    chicken stir fry

    Taco Bake

    1 bag of tortilla chips

    1 lb ground turkey or beef

    1 small can of diced green peppers

    1 bottle of medium taco sauce

    1/2 onion diced

    shredded cheese

    1 can of refreid beans

    Directions:

    Cook the ground meat and diced onions in olive oil. Cook until meat is fully cooked. Add the can of diced green peppers and the bottle of taco sauce and stir together.

    In a baking pan layer the bottom with tortilla chips, add some beans, cheese, and meat, then another layer of chips, beans, cheese, and meat. Keep layering.

    Cook in the oven at 350 for 25 minutes.

    LEMON-ROASTED DUCK

    4 mallards

    Salt

    Pepper

    1 stick butter

    Juice and rind of 2 lemons

    Wash the ducks both inside and out, dry completely. Salt and pepper. Melt butter in roasting pan; brown ducks on all sides of top of stove. Pour lemon juice in cavities of ducks and put rind around sides. Cook, covered, at 300 degrees until tender. Remove meat from bones and pour gravy in pan over meat. Serves 6.

    Chicken Tacos

    4 chicken breasts boiled in water, cylantro, and garlic.

    Take ch out and save h2o, cut chicken up in sm. pieces.

    10 large flour tortillas.

    Dip tortillas in broth and lay chicken down the middle.

    Add enchilada sauce about 3 tablespoons full on ch.

    Add sprinkled cheese fiesta blend or whatever to ch.

    Roll up and repeat.

    Line all the way in a casserole dish

    Spread more enchilada sauce on top of burritoes.

    Sprinkle more cheese.

    bake 350 for about 35 minutes

    Quick Fix Barbecued Fajitas

    Prep Time: 15 min

    Total Time: 40 min

    Makes: 4 servings, 2 fajitas each

    1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

    1 medium each: green and red pepper, cut into strips

    1 medium onion, cut into thin wedges

    1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce

    8 TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Flour Tortillas, warmed

    1 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Shredded Four Cheese

    1/2 cup TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Salsa

    1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

    PREHEAT grill to medium-high heat. Toss chicken and vegetables with barbecue sauce. Let stand 5 min. to marinate. Poke holes evenly in bottom of 13x9-inch disposable foil roasting pan with a fork or skewer. Place chicken and vegetables in pan. Place pan on grill; cover grill with lid.

    GRILL chicken and vegetables in pan 20 min. or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.

    SPOON mixture evenly onto tortillas; top with cheese, salsa and sour cream. Roll up.

    KRAFT KITCHENS TIPS

    Shortcut

    Substitute stir-fry basket for foil pan. Reduce grilling time to 7 to 10 min.

    Easy Cleanup

    Place chicken and vegetables in a resealable plastic bag. Pour sauce in bag; seal bag. Using fingers, massage bag to distribute sauce.

    i'm a pretty good cook, i'm sure i could come up with something. contact me sometime....

    but, to answer your question, i'd suggest chicken and won-tons (chinese dumplings; you can find them in big bags at BJ's and Sams, maybe even walmart.) with brocolli. i mak eit all the time when i can't find anything else. if you don't like that, i could send you others. email me and i'll send you a copy of the recipe.
