intermediate腳軟軟點算?

跳grands ronds de jambe en l'air同埋developpes既時候balance唔到

感覺就好似hold唔住隻腳,勉強hold住90度隻腳會震

miss話我肚既muscle唔夠力,所以hold唔住隻腳

係咪真係咁?如果係,有無方法改善?

我做以上動作既turn out都麻麻地,如果夠力hold得住隻腳會唔會好d?

    Balance唔到﹐係因為WEIGHT PLACEMENT PROBLEM﹗

    TRANSFER WEIGHT FORWARD ON YOUR TOES。

    記著 HIP ALIGN WITH TOES 上至下直線ALIGNED。(SUPPORTING LEG)

    (WORKING LEG) 練習 45 度先﹐要KEEP著TURN-OUT為上﹗

    MUST SQUARE YOUR HIP﹗﹗﹗

    Grands ronds de jambe en l'air 要 KEEP 著同一HEIGHT﹐不要前高後低﹗

    Developpes 時要 LIFT YOUR KNEE UP﹐TURN OUT & PUSH HEEL FORWARD﹐ TOES DOWN﹗

    Turn out 由HIP位 同 INNER THIGH 向外轉﹐不要用KNEE﹐ 不要用錯力﹗

    我同你同一個grade而且有同一個問題。你個老師講得冇錯,個肚要吸到實一實先得架~~腳要向下踩,人要向上拎(盤骨除外),手同背脊都要佩合。你可以練下sit-up,個肚會有力D。得閒冇野做時可以練單腳企+pull up,好有用架!!!
