UUA leucine UAA nonsense

GCA alanine AAU sparagine

AAG lysine UGC cysteine

GUU Valine UCG, UCU serine

Q 1-(Using the table) If the sequence of amino acids coded for by a strand a strand of DNA is serine-alanine-lysine-leucine, the coding for the antisense strand of DNA is

A)5’ ACAGTTTCAAT

B) 3’ UCUCGAAAGUUA

C) 3’ TCACCGUUUCAAU

D) 5’ TCTGCAAAGTTA

E) 3’ UGUGCAAAGUUA

Q #2 use the table) The anticodon for valines is

A) GUU B) CUU C) CTT D) GTA E ) CAA

Q# 3 (use the table) If a frameshift mutation occurred in a sequence of bases shown below, what would be the sequence of amino acids coded for?

Q1: Use the table and write out the sequence of nucleic acids that correspond to the amino acid sequence. To get the antisense strand, change all Cs to Gs, all Gs to Cs, all Us to As, and all As to Ts.

Q2: Same thing here. Take the codon for valines (from the table) change Gs to Cs and Us to As.

Q3: You didn't include the sequence of bases, so I can't help you here.
