    Hello, jas! There is no way that anyone can answer that question yet, because both states are still processing 2006 tax returns.

    According to the links below, New York collected $30.8 billion in their fiscal year ending March 31, 2006, and Georgia collected $7.21 billion of personal income tax in 2005.
