i dont really like high impact, aerobic sports, but i need a sport to get in shape, what do you reccomend?

i love gymnastics but my mom says it wont do anything.

    I wonder why your mom says Gymnastics wont do anything you've to be in good shape I never so an out of shape gymnast. In fact the IOC says Gymnastics mixes strength with agility.

    Rowing is a great low impact sport, roller blading-teaches you balance, cycling. Mountain biking or some of the adventure sports. Try indoor climbing walls after all it's a valid sport.

    try soccer because u run use ur legs to go kick and
