    1. Take exercise such as jogging, riding a bike or playing basketball for at least 20 minutes a day. It would be helpful to lose more weight if you could attend training courses in a fitness center.

    2. Do not take extra meals, fried food or dessert. Eat more fruit and vegetables instead to get satiety. At first, you might feel uncomfortable. But eventually, you will get used to it. Never try to stop eating or only drink water. It is bad for your health.
