Can Russia Find a legal lope hole to buy back Alaska? If they succeded would the Alaskans be Russians?

    Alaskan residents have more guns and ammo than anything Russia can send our way... we'll call the US military if we need backup.

    First Alaska became a usa territory, then it became a state. Interesting question, because we aquired alot of states similarly. You could ask the same question of the mexicans living in southwest when we got it, and the french in lousianna, the hawiian population, ect.. How about the natives who were already here long before western intrusion?

    legal loop holes wouldn't mean anyone has to sell, if the secceeded they would be independent unless they made a seperate arrangement with some other country (like russia)

    Why should they ? Russia has way to much land anyway they don't need another ice hole full of oil they already have plenty of it.
