How do you play a torrent file? I downloaded one but i dont know how. Do you need a different player?

just go to : http://zaaztv.com

and upload your torrent file .you will be able to play video on it and download it directly.

Torrent file is not the movie. It just contains information who is sharing the movie for you to download(actually it is more complicated, but you dont need to know more at this point).

You need to install this program:
http://www.utorrent.com/

then open the torrent file with utorrent and your download will begin(the torrent file you downloaded will tell utorrent from where to download the actual movie).

a torrent file is a compressed file that can be downloaded from multiple sites concurrently so to decrease the total time it takes to download. the initial file sets up the download and helps broadcast to other pc's that you are looking for the file. you need to have a downloader like azureus or bittorrent to control the download.

actually people uploading videos in torrent websites uses various types of video extension and video codec. so that you can play most of the video you get in torrent, i suggest you download VLC player. it's free!!

I hv downloaded 2 hindi dubbed movies but both are not running...download completed...They are not also copying & cant rename these uploaded movies also...when i right click it is showing less options.... like Open, Play, Open with, Groov folder synchronization & Send to only.....
no option coming like copy & paste.....
When I playing these files to players like FLV & others ... nothing happened....no message coming also.....
whats the problem...is there any technical issue...
Pls. tell if anyone know about it??

well you are in misconception about this "torrent" file. it just have
information of file sharing.you better download bittorrent & know more about it.
