outlook web access?

How do you register for your username and password for outlook web access?

    Outlook Web Access (OWA) is a service provided by Microsoft Exchange. So you have to have a mail provider who uses Exchange and OWA and they will give you a username and password. You don't just "register" for it on the internet. For example, at my job, we get our e-mail from an exchange server. We are also given the ability to login to OWA from a browser to get our office e-mail from home.

    It depends on what email service you subscribe to. If you are a Yahoo user, for example, your account must be a Mail Plus account (annual fee required) to access it via Outlook or some other email client program.
