What does "ach de liber" mean?

My mom used to say it all the time. She's not German, but she was stationed in Germany while pregnant with me. I don't know if I spelled it correctly.

"Ach, Du lieber Gott!" is an expression meaning "Dear God!"

You'll find it in the first stanza of this famous poem. http://72.14.253.104/search?q=cache:fNJQAA10FR4J:w...
