Its false
You are confused a little between null set and zero.
The numder of elements in first is 3
The numder of elements in second is 4
How can they be equal?

False.

it depends on whether or not the 0 is really the empty set symbol. The empty set is a subset of all sets, and so if the 0 is the empty set, then true... if not then false (provided these are sets and not lists where order matters)

well it matters what kind of math your doing here and at which level... higher up, 0 or decimals aren't counted... so true in that case, but most likely false
