There is no 'Microsoft Live Spaces.' The name is actually "Windows Live Spaces."

I just call it 'Spaces.' Others call it 'Live Spaces.' Those are just various personal preferences though. I don't know if their official communications refer to it as anything but "Windows Live Spaces."
