Why doesn't the UK use the Euro as currency?

Are there any other countries in the EU that don't use the Euro?

UK is considered the hub of global financial service, for them to choose euro as there currency means that all major decisions would be made in brussels and not in London, ie they might loose independence of making thier on monetary policy. Which inturn may have impact on London. So its a tough decesion for them to take and i think it will not be opting for euro for sometime now
