Could I still keep custody from my exhusband since i got a misdemenor for child endangerment?

    No one can answer this. It’s likely going to depend, in part, on the SPECIFIC DETAILS of what happened. But it's certainly not going to make you look good. It’s going to work--maybe even HEAVILY--in Dad’s favor.

    It would depend on what the child endangerment entailed and whether you were making an effort to correct your parenting skills so that you could be a good parent. If you are simply trying to gain custody to hurt your ex husband perhaps you should rethink this and grant the custody to the person who will be better suited to parent. At the end of the day it is the child who suffers the animosity between the father and mother.

    Child endangerment is a huge thing. If his record is clean and yours isn't, there's a good chance that he could get custody.

    nope. The best you can do is joint custody.
