You will have to drill out the hole and re tap it

Drill ahole in the bolt and use a "chaser" bit to unscrew that bolt...worse case scanerio you will have to drill the whole thing out and retap the hole...if you do this, remove the intake and head....and do it off the engine.

I would drill a small hole in the top of the broken bolt and by and extractor kit that fits into the the drilled spot. If that doesn't work then drill it and tap the hole.

take off the rest of the bolts, so that you have a little give on the manifold, than you're going to have to saw through the bolt itself.

you will need to drill a hole into the broken bolt itself and use a bolt extractor to pull it off.

The extractor is very similar to a left hand self-tapping screw.
