About 70% is absorbed and about 30% reflected.

Another way of saying that is that Earth's "albedo" is about 0.30. The albedo of a planet is how much sunlight is reflected back into space.

Earth's albedo seems to be decreasing very slightly. The cause is not precisely known. May have something to do with global warming, may not.
