Well, I'm sorry to let you down, but the result is much less spectacular than belief systems have proposed.

We don't technically "go" anywhere. Bacteria breaks down our cells and releases ammonia and other gases through the lungs. This process eventually causes the putrefaction of skin and internal organs, barring artificial preservation (embalming).

Your cellular structure completely breaks apart and the atoms that construct your body are recycled into this beautiful environment we call "Earth," for other lifeforms to take advantage of. It's completely possible that some of the atoms in your brain might end up in the belly of an ant or worm someday, or even a person, but this wouldn't be considered reincarnation because you no longer exist.

So that's what happens. And anyone who says otherwise is selling something, probably religion.

Nature recycles everything. When a Star "dies", its atoms shoot out and later become part of another star.

So if you believe in the soul, why not reincarnation? Believe what you will, don't allow some preacher or proselytizer tell you differently.

When we die and go to our tomb then our souls are separated from the body and carried by angels going up to heaven where ... then it's given back to the body and the dead is alive again in the day of Judgement when it's decided where to go either Hell or Paradise

anyone's opinion is going to be a religion or personal belief so don't get caught up in it, just live freely now and make the best of life.

I do know that when you die

Your spirit's life is not over.

    Your physical body will decompose.

People may or may not remember you.

There is no soul sleep of the righteous. The bible clearly says:

2Co 5:8 Yes, we are of good courage, and we would rather be away from the body and at home with the Lord. (ESV Translation)

Only the damned sleep in their graves.

1Co 15:51 Behold! I tell you a mystery. We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,

Those that have died in Christ now reside in heaven as spiritual beings. Since Christ, the second person of the Godhead, has always existed, the elect of God have been known to Him before Christ actually walked the earth. So anyone who has died since the world began exists in heaven or in the grave as described above.

The spiritual bodies of the righteous will result from the joining of their heavenly natures with their resurrected bodies at the second coming of Christ at the final judgment.

Those that are damned will awake from their sleep to be judged and join Satan in their separation from God in Hell.

2Th 1:9 They will suffer the punishment of eternal destruction, away from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of his might,

My belief is that the spark of life moves on into another form...maybe it is reincarnated into another human or maybe the energy is converted to something useful.

god knows....but in some main religions u get "reincarnated" into whatever depending on how good u were in ur past life, religions aside from buddihism

  • We have no information that is verifiable on that. So every answer you get will be a shot in the dark.

Personally I think we go to candy mountain.

We go sumwhere. Probrably heaven or hell, and maybe god will let u out to do your unfinished buisness or that?? Who knows?

We return to nature like all the other plants, animals, fish, etc.
