No it cannot. The US can be brought before the International Court of Justice (ICJ), as it was in the Nicargua v. US case (for the US' illegal mining of Nicaraguan harbors in the 1980s, which Nicaragua won). The UN is made of member states so only one of its member states could bring a case against the US in the ICJ. The UN, as an entity, isn't bound by national laws in any member state so would not seek 'justice' in a national court (or lower court).

The US does not recognise the International Criminal Court (ICC) but presumably it could still be brought before it by a member state (but would argue against jurisidiction)...

    Technically, yes.

The United States can be sued by anyone for a violation of federal law or a violation of the US Constitution that causes a particularized injury to that plaintiff. And the Supreme Court has original jurisdictions in such cases.

But there are very limited circumstances where anything the US did would be a particularized injury to the UN as an organization.

For example, if the US broke a contractual agreement with the UN, the UN could sue for breach of contract.

But the UN couldn't sue just because the US did something they didn't like.

The U.N. is an independent organization, that would sue the U.S. in World court or the courts in side the U.N. called session of members.

They would have to start action in the appropriate lower court, probably in New York. It is possible, but completely unlikely as the USA has veto power in the UN and would surely veto any such action.

Why do you want them to? So angry at our President you want revenge at any cost of our country?
