 茶是世界三大飲料中的其中一個,源於我國,有國飲之稱。茶藝在中國的歷史裡很早已出現,至今,茶仍是國人所喜愛的飲料或用之解渴飲用,或用之品茗賞趣。

  人人都曾喝過茶,但怎樣分辨茶的好壞/如何分類/如何沖泡等,這裡面有著深遠學問。這次活動是讓同學共同蒐集茶的資料,完成一份關於茶的專題報告來增加同學對中國茶藝文化的認識。

任務一:全班分為六組,每組6-7人。

任務二:每組負責跟進六大基本茶類的其中一種。

任務三:蒐集詳細資料。

任務四:將蒐集到的資料進行整理。

任務五:撰寫一份詳細的書面報告,內容包括:指定那一種茶的說明及其泡茶方  

    法兩個部分。

任務六:製作簡報,向全班老師/同學和10位中六學生匯報,老師/每組指定

    一名代表和中六學生均有機會給每組的匯報評分。

任務七:根據評分表給匯報的組別評分。

報告完,經評分後,選出最優秀的組別,並把其書面報告的內容放上學校內聯網的優秀作業欄,讓全校的同學都可以參考/欣賞。

    Tea is one of the three major beverages in the world. It originated from our mother country and reputably called the national beverage.

    茶藝在中國的歷史裡很早已出現,至今,茶仍是國人所喜愛的飲料或用之解渴飲用,或用之品茗賞趣。

    The art of tea has very long history in China. Till this day, tea remains a favoured beverage among its people. Sometimes it is consumed for satiating the thirsty throat while at other times, it is tasted for sensational enjoyment and pleasure.

      人人都曾喝過茶,但怎樣分辨茶的好壞/如何分類/如何沖泡等,這裡面有著深遠學問。

    Everyone has had tea once, but how to tell whether it is good quality or bad quality? How to categorise? How to process? This involves enromous amount of knowledge.

    這次活動是讓同學共同蒐集茶的資料,完成一份關於茶的專題報告來增加同學對中國茶藝文化的認識。

    This project aims at giving the chance for fellow students to collect information on tea and finish a report focusing on this topic so as to enhance the understanding of tea as an art and culture in China among fellow students.

    任務一:全班分為六組,每組6-7人。

    Task 6: Prepare Powerpoint slides and present to the class mistress / whole class and 10 form 6 students. The class mistress / a designated representative together with a form 6 student will be given the opportunity to appraise on each work group's presentation.

    Task 7: Marks will be given based on appraisal scores for the presentations.

    報告完,經評分後,選出最優秀的組別,並把其書面報告的內容放上學校內聯網的優秀作業欄,讓全校的同學都可以參考/欣賞。

    After the presentation and appraisal is finished, the champion will be selected among the work groups. The winning report will be posted on the outstanding work section of the school intranet for the whole school's reference and appreciation.

    Tea is one of them in three major beverages in the world, coming from our country, what has been drunk claim that there are countries. Tea art very appears in history of China, so far, tea is still compatriot's beverage liked or uses it to quench one's thirst and drink, or use it to sip tea to award interestingly .

    Everybody has drunk tea, quality but how it is to distinguish tea /how classify /how not to wash steep etc.,knowledge not far-reaching inside. This activity is the materials letting classmates collect tea together, finish a specialist paper about tea and come to increase classmate's understanding of Chinese tea art culture.

    Task one: The whole class is divided into six groups, every group is 6-7 people.

    Tea is one of the world's three drinks, from China, is known as the national drink. The history of tea in China is already there, so far, Chinese tea is a favorite beverage or used as a thirst for drinking. Original or used tea tours. Everyone had a glass of tea, how to distinguish the quality of tea / classification / how to brew, it will have far-reaching inside knowledge. This is common for students to collect information on tea, completed a special report on the tea to increase awareness of Chinese tea culture. A class is divided into six groups of tasks : each were

    6-7. Second task : to follow up on each one of the six basic tea.
